Certificate in Adult Learner Support

Would you like to develop a greater awareness of the Skills for Life Strategy and explore how this might enhance your role as tutor.
We are delivering a 12 hour programme over 2 days on 11th and 18th March in 4 x 3 hour sessions. The course aims to offer:

  • a greater awareness of the possible language, literacy and numeracy needs of people you encounter every day
  • an opportuntity to explore how to identify people with 'skills for life' needs
  • more knowledge to help you signpost and/or support people to get further help
  • the option of achieving a C & G qualification for Unit 1 by successfully completing a further 2-hour 'open book' assignment
